摘　　要：目的:探讨大肠癌组织中Survivin和p-STATS表达与相互关系及其在大肠癌发生发展过程中可能的作用,寻找大肠癌可能的新诊断、治疗方法。方法:应用免疫组织化学即用型二步法检测62例大肠癌、15例良性肿瘤和10例正常大肠组织中Survivin和p-STATS的表达情况。结果:62例大肠癌组织中Survivin表达阳性35例(56.45%);p-STAT3表达阳性38例(61.29%);在35例Survivin阳性表达病例中,p-STAT3表达阳性22例。结论:Survivin基因可能是通过p-STAT3蛋白的激活在大肠癌组织中发挥抗调亡作用,促进大肠癌发生。Objective： To investigate the expression and significance of Suwivin and p-STAT3 （Phosphorylated Signal Transducer and Activator of Transcription,p-STAT3） in the colorectal carcinoma, colorectal benign tumor and normal colorectal tissue. Methods： The expression of Survivin and p-STAT3 in the cotorectal carcinoma （62cases）,colorectal benign tumor （15 cases） and normal colorectal tissue （10 cases） were examined by ElivisionTM plus immunohistochemistry, Resslts： The expression of Survivin and p-STAT3 in cotorectal carcinoma was detected in 35/62 （56.45%） and 38/62 （61.29%） respectively. The of Survivin and p-STAT3 in colorectal carcinoma was both positive in 22 cases and negative in 11 cases.Conclvsiees The expression of Survivin had a positive correlation with that of p-STAT3
