平阳霉素瘤腔注射联合Nd∶YAG激光治疗颊面部和舌体血管瘤

摘　　要：目的：评估联合应用平阳霉素瘤腔注射和Nd∶YAG激光治疗颊面部和舌体血管瘤的疗效。方法：首先行相关检查排除患者有系统疾患。治疗前先将平阳霉素8 mg于1%利多卡因注射液4 mL中,再加入泼尼松龙1 mL（25 mg）混匀后,进行血管瘤瘤腔注射,注射后1周在瘤腔表面使用Nd∶YAG激光行表面照射凝固。对30例患者术后5年-10年进行随访,并分析其临床资料进行疗效判断。结果：30例病例中,完全治愈23例,基本治愈4例,显效3例,治愈率77%,总有效率100%。结论：平阳霉素瘤腔注射联合Nd∶YAG激光治疗颊面部和舌体血管瘤是一种有效的治疗手段。Objective： To evaluate curative effects with pingyangmycin intratumor injection combined with Nd∶YAG laser in treatment of hemangioma of buccofacial and tongue body.Methods： Some correlated examinations were first done to see if the patients had system diseases.Before treatment,pingyangmycin 8 mg was dissolved in 4 mL 1% dolicaine injection and then prednisolone 1 mL（25 mg） was added and mixed to carry out the intratumor injection.The hemangioma surface was irradiated with Nd∶YAG laser until solidification after a week of intratumor injection.Thirty patients were followed up for 5-10 years to analyze the clinical date and estimate the curative judgment.Results： Twenty-three cases were cured completely,4 cases were cured basically and 3 cases were effectual among 30 cases.The curative rate was 77% and the total effective rate was 100%.Conclusion： Pingyangmycin intratumor injection combined with Nd∶YAG laser is a kind of efficient means in treatment of hemangioma of buccofacial and tongue body.
