摘　　要：大学生欠费现象普遍存在,西部地区高校尤为严重。本文以内蒙古师范大学法政学院为个案,根据大学生欠费现象产生的主客观原因及特点,从进一步落实民族政策,完善助学贷款机制,加强思想政治教育,提高大学生综合素质等方面提出了一些建设性意见。refusing to pay the tuition is a common phenominon existing among the university students, especially in the west regines. This article focuses on the two cases happened in the Law and Political Science College of Inner Mongolia Normal University. It analyzse the reasons both internal and external and it＇ s characters. And provides us with constructive suggestions of implement the national policies, perfecting the mechanism of the loan of grant- in- aid, reinforcing the moral education and improveing students＇ comprehensive qualities.
