摘　　要：系统地介绍CVD法制备多壁碳纳米管的各类装置,并对影响碳纳米管生长的各种因素进行评述.CVD法制备多壁碳纳米管主要的实验装置有固定催化床、沸腾催化床、喷淋催化床、双温区流动催化床等;主要的影响因素有催化剂种类、反应气体、裂解温度、反应时间等.In this paper each kind of equipment was systematically introduced, and the factors to affect the carbon preparation are in detail narrated. Synthesis of Muhiwall carbon nanotubes by CVD Method need the following main equipment ： fixed catalytic bed, boiling catalytic bed, spray catalytic bed, two-temperature fluidized catalytic bed, etc. The main influencing factors are the catalyst ,the reaction gases, pyrolysis temperature, reaction time and so on.
