摘　　要：目的:探讨纤支镜诊治气管腺样囊性癌.方法:纤支镜检查病理确诊腺样囊性癌,予高频电刀切割、后装放疗、支架植入.结果:4例病灶离隆突小于2cm,管腔阻塞明显,给予高频电刀切割、后装放疗、支架植入;2例声门下结节状新生物,管腔明显狭窄,予后装放疗后支架植入.2例气管上段腺样囊性癌,一般情况好,转外科手术治疗;结论:纤支镜诊治气管腺样囊性癌有良好效果.Objective： To discuss the value of fiberbronchoscope （FB） in diagnosing and treating adenoid cystic carcinoma of trachea. Methods： The diagnosis of this carcinoma was confirmed by the pathological examination of the samples resected with FB and it was treated with resection via high frequency electric knife, radiotherapy and stent implantation. Results：4 cases with the distance between the focus and carina less than 2cm and severely obstructed lumen, were treated with resection via high frequency electric knife, radiotherapy and stent implantation. 2 cases shown as subglottic nodous neoplasm and narrow lumen, were treated with radiotherapy and stent implantation. 2 cases diagnosed as the carcinoma of upper trachea and with good conditions were treated with operation. Conclusion： This method for diagnosing and treating adenoid cystic carcinoma of trachea has the satisfactory effect.
