摘　　要：高新技术开发区是我国实现创新型国家重大战略的主要载体,是我国高新技术产业赖以生存的平台。高新区自主创新体系的建立和完善能够极大地推动高新区的发展和竞争力的提高。对高新区自主创新体系的内涵、功能和结构进行了深入研究。The national high-tech innovativing our country. It is the industrial development zone is an important carrier of actualizing the tactics of ground work of our country＇s high and new technology industry. The establishment and improvement of the independent innovation system could promote the development of the hi-tech zone and enhance its competence. The connotation, functions and construction of the independent innovation system of the hi-teeh zone are deeply studied in this paper.
