儿童脑膜瘤的临床病理特征

摘　　要：目的:分析和总结儿童脑膜瘤的临床及病理学特征。方法:对本院1998年至2006年经手术及病理证实的27例儿童脑膜瘤进行回顾性分析,全部病例均经病理学证实。结果:27例患儿均行手术治疗,肿瘤全部切除23例;大部分切除4例,无死亡。随访23例,肿瘤复发4例。结论:儿童脑膜瘤较为少见,其病程短,起病快,症状以颅内压增高为主。病理组织学表现为较成年人更多趋于恶性。手术切除的程度是影响预后的主要因素。Objective：To analyze the clinicopathologic characteristics of children meningioma. Methods：27 cases of children meningioma confirmed by surgery and pathology in our hospital from 1998 to 2006 were studied retrospectively. All cases were tested by pathology.Results：Total resection was achieved in 23 cases ,partial resection in 4 cases and no cases died.23 patients were followed up and 3 among them had recurrence of tumor. Conclusion：Children meningioma was comparatively rare and onset fast , the course of which was short . The symptom relied mainly on increased intracranial pressure. It was more malignant than adult＇s in histopathology . Surgical operation was the main factor that influenced the prognosis.
