摘　　要：分析了物流和企业战略的关系,论述了企业物流战略管理的目标和内容,提出了我国企业物流的发展战略。This paper analyzes the relationship between the logistics and enterprise strategy, expounds the targets and contents of the strategic management of enterprise logistics, and advances the developing strategy of Chinese enterprise logistics.
