蛹虫草的药理作用研究

摘　　要：对蛹虫草（Cordycepsmilitaris）水煎液的药理作用进行了研究并与冬虫夏草的效果进行比较。结果显示蛹虫草有明显的镇静、耐缺氧、抗炎等作用，对异丙肾上腺素诱发小鼠心肌耗氧量增加也有明显保护作用。蛹虫草毒性很低，小鼠口服灌胃LD50＞30g生药／kg。Comparison of some pharmacological effects between Cordyeps militaris(L. ex Fr.)Link and C. sinensis (Berk. )Sacc. showed that both were sedative,antianoxia and anti-inflammatory with nearly same potency. C.militaris has protective effects on isoprenaline-induced increase of myocardia oxygen consumed in mice. The acute toxicity of C. militaris is very low,LD50>30g crude drug/kg(Po)in mice.
