摘 要:用提拉法从熔体生长出6mol%Mg,0.1%Mn,0.03%Fe-LiNbO3(Mg∶Mn∶Fe∶LN)晶体.切割后,分别对其中两块晶体进行氧化和还原处理.对晶体的抗光致散射能力和衍射效率进行测试,结果表明,晶体抗光致散射能力和衍射效率与氧化、还原处理条件有密切关系,其对晶体进行大容量体全息存储起重要作用.LiNbO3 crystal, doped with 6mol% Mg,0. 1% Mn,0. 03% Fe( Mg : Mn : Fe : LN) is grown by Czochralski method. The crystal is cut into several pieces, one of which is oxidized and another reduced. After measuring the photo scattering resistance ability and diffraction efficiency of the crystals, it was found that the crystal' s photo scattering resistance ability and diffraction efficiency are closely related to the conditions of oxidation and reduction treatments. Oxidation and reduction treatments play an important role in high-capacity volume holographic storage of the crystal.
