摘  要:[目的]为了筛选适宜北京地区栽培的白色金针菇。[方法]采用平皿接种、袋料培养的方式,对147、天厨Ft、玉山Fy、金白1号进行品比试验。[结果]平皿中金白1号生长速度最快,平均日长速8.01mm,147最慢,两者差异极显著。147菌丝生长势最强,平均3.6,其次为金白1号,平均2.6。袋料中金白1号菌丝生长速度最快,平均日长速2.28mm,147最慢。金白1号菌丝生长势最强达4.0,天厨Ft和玉山Fy均为3.0,147为2.0。天厨Ft菌株的生物学效率最高,为84%,其次是玉山Fy和金白1号菌株,均为80%。金白1号菌株的的菌柄长度、菌盖直径和菌肉厚度最小,分别为147.44、7.06、2.67mm。[结论]金白1号菌株菌丝生长速度较快,长势好,子实体商品性状好,生物转化率较高,适合在北京地区大面积种植。Objective The aim of the research was to screen out the white Flammulina velutipes suitable to be planted in Beijing area.Method The variety comparative test was conducted on 147,Tianchu Ft,Yushan Fy and Jinbai 1 by using the modes of plate inoculation and material-bag culture.Result The growth rate of Jinbai 1 in the plate was the fastest with average growth speed 8.01 mm per day and that of 147 was the slowest,with extremely significant difference between the two varieties.The mycelial growth vigor of 147 was the strongest with average growth vigor of 3.6,followed by Jinbai 1 with that of 2.6.The mycelial growth rate of Jinbai 1 in material-bag was the fastest with average growth speed 2.28 mm per day and that of 147 was the slowest.The strongest mycelial growth vigor of Jinbai 1 reached 4.0,that of Tianchu Ft and Yushan Fy were both 3.0 and that of 147 was 2.0.The biological efficiency of Tianchu Ft strain was the highest(84 %),followed by the strains of Yushan Fy and Jinbai 1(both being 80 %).The stipe length,pileus diameter and context thickness of Jinbai 1 strain was minimum,being 147.44,7.06 and 2.67 mm,respectively.Conclusion Jinbai 1 strain had faster mycelial growth rate,better growth vigor,better commercial property in fruiting body and higher biological transformation rate,so it was suitable for planting in Beijing area in a large.
