夹竹桃叶提取物抑菌活性的初步研究

摘　　要：[目的]为了研究夹竹桃叶提取物的抑菌活性并为其合理开发提供参考。[方法]采用二倍稀释法,以大肠埃希氏菌、普通变形杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、粪肠球菌、八叠球菌为供试菌种,研究了不同浓度的夹竹桃叶乙醇提取液的抑菌作用。[结果]3种浓度的夹竹桃叶乙醇提取液对6种供试菌有不同程度的抑制作用,70%乙醇提取液的抑菌作用最明显且对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制作用最强。70%乙醇提取液对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希氏菌、铜绿假单胞菌和八叠球菌的最低抑菌浓度均为0.25g/ml,对普通变形杆菌为0.50g/ml。[结论]不同浓度的乙醇夹竹桃叶提取液对6种供试菌种有着不同程度的抑制作用,其中70%乙醇提取液对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制效果最明显。这可能与提取液所含有的活性成分的含量及种类有关。Objective The aim was to study the bacteriostatic activities of extracts from Nerium indicum leaves and provide references for its reasonable development.Method With Escherichia coli,Proteus vulgaris,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Staphylococcus aureus,Enterococcus faecalis and Sarcina lutea as tested bacteria,the bacteriostatic effects of ethanol extracts of N.indicum leaves with different concentrations were studied.Result The ethanol extracts from N.indicum leaves with 3 kinds of concentrations had bacteriostatic effects on 6 kinds of tested bacteria to different degrees.The bacteriostatic effect of 70 % ethanol extracts was most obvious and strongest on S.aureus.The minimum inhibitory concentration of 70 % ethanol extracts was all 0.25 g/ml on S.aureus,E.coli,P.aeruginosa and S.lutea,and 0.50 g/ml on P.vulgaris.Conclusion The ethanol extracts from N.indicum leaves with different concentrations had bacteriostatic effects on 6 kinds of tested bacteria to different degrees,in which the bacteriostatic effect of 70 % ethanol extracts on S.aureus is was most obvious.It may be related to the contents and kinds of active components contained in the extract liquid.
