摘　　要：介绍了农业上市公司融资现状,分析了制约因素,并提出针对性的提高农业上市公司融资能力的对策建议。The status of raising money of agricultural public companies were introduced and the restrictive factors were analyzed.The pertinence countermeasures of improving the ability of raising money of agricultural public companies were put forward.
