摘　　要：随着我国大学生对心理辅导的需求越来越多,现有的辅导内容与形式日益显示出其局限性。而小组工作作为一种以心理学和团体动力学为基础的专业助人方法,在西方及港台的高校已有广泛应用,其特点恰可弥补我国现有辅导的不足,是大学生心理辅导的一种有效途径。With the increasing need for the psychological guidance for undergraduates, the present content and forms of psychological guidance in China show their limitations. However, as a professional method for helping others which is based on psychology and group dynamics, group work has been widely used in universities in western nations, Hong Kong and Taiwan. It can cover the shortage of our present guidance and is an effective way for psychological guidance to undergraduates.
