摘　　要：通过分析网络文化对高校思想政治工作的挑战,提出了增强网络文化意识、培养合格队伍、构建良好网络、及时教育引导大学生应对网络文化等方面的对策。The articles puts forward the suggestions of strengthening the consciousness of internet culture, cultivation eligible team, constructing better internet and educating the students to make good use of intemet culture through the analysis of the challenge to college political and philosophical work brought by intemet culture.
