摘　　要：分析了影响高校教师综合素质的多项指标,运用可拓学中的可拓评价方法,实现了对高校教师素质的多指标综合评价.通过实例证明运用可拓评价方法对教师综合素质的评价公正、科学、规范.Multinomial index in teacher＇s general faculties is analyzed. Using extension judgment method can realize evaluation of multinomial index in teacher＇s general faculties. It is proved that evaluation is equity, science and criterion using extension judgment method through example.
