摘　　要：美国是当今世界上高等教育最发达的国家之一,其高教领域的杰出成就与其卓有成效的学生事务管理工作密不可分。在对1994-2006年CNKI收录的相关论文进行梳理和分析的基础上,就美国高校学生事务管理的理论和实践研究成果进行了综述。America is one of the countries who have the most developed higher education. Its excellent achievements and effects in higher education are closely associated with the student affairs management. Through the analysis of the papers in CNKI from 1994 to 2006, this paper makes a summary on the theory and practice for student affairs management in American universities.
