摘　　要：10例2岁以内的脑瘫患儿采用日本大坂市立身心障害康复中心周山逸人等所著的《促进运动发育的家庭训练法》进行康复训练，结果8树运动功能有所改善（正常2例、显著进步2例，有效4例），2例无效。为家长提供了家庭康复的训练方法和简易的疗效评估．Family rehabilitation training for full recovery is an important method for children with cere bral pa1sy who can't undergo orthopedic treatment in hospital for some reasons. Using ' family training method for improving active development' 10 cases of cerebral palsy with the age less than 2 years received family rehabilitation training. It was found that the exercise function in 8 cases had some improvement (nor mal in 2 cases, symptom improvement in 2, effect in 4). No therapeutic effect was obtained in 2 cases. This process provided the training method for family rehabilitation, and simple method to evaluate the therapeutic effects for parents.
