摘　　要：在分析我国科技创新模式及在前期所研究出自主创新联盟模式中存在的问题的基础上,提出以企业为主体、政府科技管理部门提供支持、高校和研究机构共同参与的新型自主创新联盟模式,并从知识共享的角度,分析了该模式的运作机制,并以西安市雁塔区的科技创新状况为例,给出了一个自主创新联盟模式运作机制的案例分析。Based on the analyses of the problems in the pattern of science and technology innovation and the former research on patterns of indigenous innovation alliance we brought forward, this paper puts forward a new pattern of autonomous innovation alliance in which corporations are the principal part, the science and technology supervise department offers support, and colleges, universities as well as research institutions participate together, and then it analyzes the operating mechanisms of the new pattern from the aspect of knowledge sharing. At last, it takes the science and technology status of Yanta Borough in Xi＇ an for example, and presents a case of the operating mechanisms of the pattern of autonomous innovation alliance.
