摘　　要：快速树脂模具技术是指应用高分子双组分材料快速进行产品复制的一项新技术。本文根据快速树脂模具技术的成型原理及工艺特点,建立了基于关系模型的快速树脂模具工艺查询数据库,可根据待加工产品的几何信息及结构特征查询到所需的模具类型、制品成型方式,以及相应的工艺流程和工艺卡信息,相关的原材料信息等。为10-1000件批量产品的快速开发、制造提供了方便实用的工艺查询工具。Rapid resin tooling is a new technology, which can manufacture products rapidly by injecting two-component macromolecule materials into a resin mould. The material share features of high chemical activity and low relative molecular weight. Based on principles of the new technology and its processing, a rapid tooling processing relational database is set up. Users can inquire information such as mould types, fabrication, flow charts, cards, parameters and materials, etc according to the dimensions and structures of a product. The rapid tooling relational database will be a practical inquiring tool for mass production ranging from 10 to 1000 pieces rapidly.
