无限变速器滑差率和传动效率的试验研究

摘　　要：介绍了无限变速器的基本原理,进行无限变速器的运动学分析,讨论了无限变速器滑差率和传动效率的影响参数,对无限变速器滑差率和传动效率的进行了实验研究,利用Matlab软件进行实验数据分析,结果表明,IVT在转矩比0.1-0.4,滑差率保持在20%以下,可以获得较为理想的传动效率。Basic principles of IVT are introduced, and parameters affecting the slip difference and transferring efficiency are analyzed. Based on the theoretic analysis, an experiment is carded out and the result is analyzed with Matlab. The data analysis shows that the transferring efficiency is optimal when the torque rate is between 0.1 and 0.4, and the slip difference is kept below 20%.
