特区高职院校大学生心理健康状况的调查与分析

摘　　要：本文以地处经济特区的高职院校大学生为研究对象,从对心理健康的理解、自我意识、学习心理、人际关系、择业心理和危机行为等方面进行调查研究,结果表明:(1)大学生心理健康状况总体上是良好的、积极的;(2)部分学生在人际交往、恋爱关系的处理以及择业心态的调整等方面存在一定的困难;(3)在成长过程中,有40%多的被调查者表示曾有过自杀意念,且近1/3的自杀意念发生在中学阶段,但付诸自杀行动的只占极少数。最后,就如何深化大学生心理健康教育工作提出建议。Students in vocational colleges in special economic zones collected as subjects, this paper explored their understanding about mental health, Self-consciousness, learning psychology, interpersonal relationship, employment psychology and behavior in crisis. The results show that： （ 1 ） as a whole, the mental health is sound; （2） Some students have problems in interpersonal interaction, dealing with love affaires and adjustment of psychology in seeking employment; （3） 40% of subjects reported that they had suicide idea in their growth process, I/3 of which happened when they were high school students, however just few of them reported they had ever attempted suicide. Then some suggestions for reinforcing mental health education were brought forward.
