摘 要:对甲醇重整气发动机的HCCI燃烧过程进行模拟计算,找出其化学反应路径,探讨利用增压实现甲醇重整气HCCI燃烧的可行性.采用单区模型和详细化学反应动力学机理模拟燃烧,比较计算结果与试验结果,验证模型正确性;分析主要中间产物生成率的变化,确定关键反应,得出主要反应路径;计算增压对放热率、缸压、指示功率的影响.研究表明,甲醇重整气的HCCI燃烧呈单阶段放热,计算的着火时刻、缸内压力和NOx排放与试验值吻合;OH、H、O、HO2和H2O2是关键中间产物,它们的生成和消耗构成循环,是燃烧的主要路径;对进气适当增压可保证压燃进而省掉进气加热器并能提高指示功率,增压比过低、过高或进气中冷均不可取.Combustion process of RMG (Reformed Methanol Gas) HCCI Engine was studied. The overall reaction scheme was determined. Feasibility of RMG HCCI combustion with supercharging was discussed. With the use of single-zone combustion model and detailed chemical kinetic mechanism, comparisons between computed and experimental results were carried out. Analyses of the key species history were undertaken to determine important reactions and the overall reaction scheme. The effects of supercharging ratio on heat release rate,cylinder pressure and indicated power were reckoned. The results show that RMG HC- CI combustion is characterized by single-stage heat release. Good agreement between predicted and measured ignition timing,in-cylinder pressure and NO, emission was obtained. It was found that OH, H,O, HO2 and H2O2 are key species and the overall reaction scheme is two cycles. It was also found that appropriate supercharging might boost the horsepower and raise the intake temperature to keep steady auto-ignition, and so that the intake gas heater may be saved. Neither insufficient supercharging, excessive supercharging nor inter-cooling is advisable.
