摘　　要：企业的业务流程重组(BPR)最基本的思想在于充分利用信息系统的潜能以及面向过程的人员与组织管理,对企业业务流程进行根本性的思考和再设计,从而促使经营管理水平得到改善。详细阐述了某矿业集团公司ERP项目实施过程中的采购模式的重建和业务流程再造。The basic principle of enterprise business process reengineering is to make full .use of infomaalion system,to manage human resources and organisations based on the purchasing and selling process,and to redesign the enterprise process,in order to attain radical achievements in quality and service. This paper describes in detail the purchasing mode and process re-engineering in the ERP implementation of certain mining group.
