摘 要:研究了NaNO_3、NH_4Cl、NH_4NO_3 3种氮源对盐生杜氏藻Dunaliella salina生长和色素积累的影响及3种氮源吸收的规律。结果表明,3种氮源中,NH_4NO_3对促进D.salina细胞生长、β-胡萝卜素积累和叶绿素a合成效果是最好的,细胞最高密度为136×10~4 cell/ml;β-胡萝卜素含量最大值为137 mg/g;NO_3^-和NH_4^+共同存在时,优先利用NH_4^-;建立了3种氮源吸收的动力学方程。Dunaliella salina was cultured in media added with three kinds of nitrogen nutrients (NaNO3, NH4Cl and NH4NO3), respectively, and the effects of the nitrogen source on the growth and accumulation of β-carotene in D. salina and the uptake patterns of the three kinds of nitrogen nutrients by D. salina were investigated. NH4NO3 was shown to be the best nitrogen nutrients for cell growth, accumulation of β-carotene and biosynthesis of chl a in D. salina cells, for which the highest cell density was 136× 10^4 cell/ml and the highest β-carotene content was 137 mg/g. NH4^+ was preferred to NO3^- by D. salina when both of them existed in the media, The assimilation kinetics equations of the three kinds of nitrogen nutrients for D. salina were set up.
