摘　　要：为了解决专利文本特征的提取、专利文本的无监督分类、专利推理规则的生成和搜索等问题,将基于突出特征的类比联想用于专利战略信息检索,以帮助了解分析相关专利的情况.In order to solve the problems of the distill method in patent text characteristic, the method in patent text unsupervised classification, the creating and reasoning of the patent regulation and the search of the knowledge, this paper, applies the analogy association based on outstanding characteristic to patent text classification and patent tactic information search, which can help us to understand and analyze the relevant patent information. This method has got a good result.
