摘 要:用硝酸钕与苯甲酰甘氨酸(C9H9NO3)和吡啶(C5H5N)在95%乙醇中反应,合成了一种新型稀土三元配合物,通过元素分析和化学分析确定其组成为Nd(C9H8NO3)3(C5H5N).4H2O,并通过红外光谱、紫外光谱对配合物的结构进行了表征.根据TG-DTG曲线研究了配合物的热分解过程;利用Satava-Sestak积分法和Achar-Brindley-Wendworth微分法对脱水阶段的非等温动力学数据进行分析,推断出脱水阶段动力学方程为dα/dt=A/[β.e-E/RT(1-α)].研究了配合物的抑菌活性,抑菌活性试验结果表明,标题配合物对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌具有不同程度的抑菌作用,而对苏云金芽孢杆菌无抑制作用.A new rare earth complex was synthesized by the reaction that neodymium nitrate with Hippuric acicl (C9H9NO3) and pyridine (C5H5N) in 95% alcohol. Composition of the complex was identified as, by chemical and elemental analysis, Nd( C9H8NO3 )3 (C5H5N) · 4H2O, and the tide complex was characterized by IR spectra and Uv spectra. The thermal decomposition of the complex was studied via TG - DTG curve. By means of Satava - Sestak integral method and Achar- Brindley -Wendworth differential coefficient method, the non -isothermal kinetic data of the dehydration stage of the complex was analyzed. The most probable reaction mechanism was suggested by comparing the kinetic parameters. The kinetic equation for the dehydration stage could be expressed as dα/dt =A/[β · e^-E/RT( 1 -α)]. The antibacterial activity of the complex has been studied and the result indicates that the complex has differ antibacterial activity against Escherich coil, Staphy lococcus aureaus and Bacillus subtilis, but has no antibacterial activity against Bacillus thuringiensis.
