宫颈癌患者治疗后性生活临床观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨宫颈癌患者治疗后性生活恢复状况及相关影响因素，为宫颈癌患者治疗后性生活康复指导提供临床资料。方法：选择本院2004年3月-2005年3月收治的宫颈癌患者91例，进行治疗结束后跟踪6、12、24个月，对其性生活状况进行随访调查。分别对治疗后性生活满意度、性生活频率及夫妻感情变化等方面进行初步评估；观察不同临床分期宫颈癌患者治疗后的性生活恢复状况。结果：91例宫颈癌患者按临床分期划分，其中0期（CIS）11例；Ⅰ期51例；Ⅱ期21例及Ⅲ期8例。其性生活平均恢复时间分别为（3．5±1．3）月、（4．3±3．2）月、（4．9±2．7）月、（6．5±5．3）月；性生活满意率分别为72．7％、41．2％、38．1％、37．5％；性生活频率减少患者所占比例分别为36．4％、62．7％、61．9％及75％。不同手术方式对患者治疗后性生活影响的差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：手术方式对宫颈癌患者治疗后性生活有影响，正确的健康教育可以改善宫颈癌患者治疗后的性生活恢复，提高患者生活质量。Objective：To explore sexual life state and relevant influence factors of cervical cancer patients-after treatment ,and to offer clinical materials for the recovery and guidence of patients with cervical cancer. Methods： Ninety-one patients with cervical cancer of tumor department of healthcare hospital for women and children of Jiangxi from March of 2004 to March of 2005 were offered a regular visits and questionnaire investigation. All patient were followed up for 6 months, 12 months and 24 months after treating. The sexual life was assessed on satisfaction, frequency of sexual life and emotion of couple life. Observe sexual life resume state after the treatment of patient of different clinical phased cervical cancer. Results： Among 91 cases of cervical cancer patient, divided by stages according to clinic, 11 for 0 （CIS） among them; 51 stages Ⅰ; 21 stages Ⅱ and8 stages Ⅲ. The sexual life resumes time on average is 3.5±1.3,4.3±3.2, 4.9±2.7 and 6.5±5.3 months. The satisfactory rate of sexual life were 72.7% ,41.2% ,38.1%, 37.5% respectively. The proportion of the patients whose sexual life decreased after treatment was 36.4 %, 62.7 %, 61.9 % 及 75 % respectively, there was statistical significance for the influence of patients＇s exual life of different modus operandi （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Modus operandi is influential for the post-treatment sexual life of patients with cervical cancer and correct health education can improve sexual life after the treatment, patient of cervical cancer and improve patient＇s life quality.
