摘 要:目的探索不同胎龄人胎小肠GnRH-IR细胞的变化。方法用免疫组织化学方法对44例第9~38周新鲜人胎小肠GnRH-IR细胞染色定位后,用体视学方法对其进行形态学测量分析。结果①GnRH-IR细胞散在分布于人胎小肠的上皮细胞之间和固有层结缔组织中,形态多样;②上皮GnRH-IR细胞比固有层更规则,同肠段上皮GnRH-IR细胞的形状因子(FF)比固有层小(P<0.05);③上皮GnRH-IR细胞比固有层大,上皮GnRH-IR细胞的平均截面面积(A)和平均周长(B)比固有层大(P<0.05);④GnRH-IR细胞的相对数量在肠段之间有差异,其体密度(Vv)、数密度(Nv)从十二指肠到回肠依次减少(P<0.001)。各肠段GnRH-IR细胞数量随胎龄而变化,且上皮和固有层变化不同,在上皮第21~24周以前Vv、Nv随胎龄增加而增大,其后则随胎龄增加而变小;在固有层Vv、Nv随胎龄增加而增多,且第21~24周以前增长明显,以后增长变缓。结论人胎小肠GnRH-IR细胞广泛存在于人胎小肠粘膜上皮和固有层,形态多样,大小不一。数量从十二指肠到回肠依次减少,且随胎龄增加上皮Gn-RH-IR细胞数量与固有层出现不同的变化。Objective To explore the change of GnRH-IR cells with fetal age in human fetal small intestine. Methods using immunohistochemical technique, the GnRH-IR cells in small intestine of 44 freshly human fetuses aging from 9-38th were observed,and the morphometric parameters were estimated by stereologic method. Results (1)GnRH-IR cells in the epithelium distributec between adjacent ceils in human fetal small intestine, but in lamina propria, GnRH-IR cells scattered in the connective tissue; (2)GnRH-IR cells in the epithelium were more regular than those in the lamina propria. The form factor of GnRH-IR cells in epithelium were less than that in lamina propria(P-(0.05) ;(3)The size of GnRH-IR cells in the epithelium was larger than that in the lamina propria. The mean section area and mean circumference of GnRH-IR cells in the epithelium were larger than those in the lamina propria (P 〈 0. 05) ; (4) the relative quantity of GnRH-IR cells varied in different segments of the small intestine and changed with fetal age. The volume density and numerical density of the GnRH-IR cells tended to decrease gradually from duodenum to ileum. Both the volume density and numerical density of GnRH-IR cells increased with the fetal age in the epithelium before the 21-24th week of gestation and decreased thereafter,while in lamina propria, both the volume density and numerical density of GnRH-IR cells increased significantly with fetal age befoue 21-24th week of gestation and slowed down thereafter. Conclusion the GnRH-IR cells in human fetal small intestine distribute extensive in the epi- thelium and in lamina propria and vary in shape and size in different locations. The quantity of GnRH-IR cells reduces gradually from duodenum to ileum,the changes of the quantity of GnRH- IR cells in the epithelium may be different from those in the lamina propreia with the fetal ages.
