摘  要:从整体上对基于客户关系管理的大批量定制生产模式CRMMC(Customer RelationshipManagement of Mass Customization)系统进行了讨论。首先从系统整体角度对CRMMC系统软件进行了设计,给出了CRMMC系统工作流程、体系结构、网络应用模型,以及组成体系的模型图。然后分析了CRMMC系统所具有的功能。最后从技术的角度讨论了实现CRMMC所涉及的若干关键技术,并分析了CRMMC系统与客户定制设计平台的关系。The whole system based on Customer Relationship Management of Mass Customization (CRMMC) was discussed. Firstly, a CRMMC softwore was designed as a whole system in which the work process, system structure, network application model and model drawing of the system were built. Then, the functions of CRMMC were analysed. Finally, the feasibilities of some important technologies related to CRMMC were discussed from technological aspect, and the relationship between CRMMC system and customer customization design platform was analysed.
