摘 要:近年动植物中发现一类普遍存在的非编码小RNA—microRNAs(miRNAs)。作为人体内最大的一类基因表达调控因子,miRNAs参与发育、增殖、分化、凋亡等多种重要的生物学过程,并在许多疾病过程中扮演重要角色,包括病毒复制和肿瘤的发生。miRNAs作为一类新的分子靶标,应用于疾病诊断和治疗具有广阔的前景。本文就miRNAs与肝炎病毒复制和肝癌发生的最新研究进展作一综述。In recent years, a prevalent class of small non-coding RNAs, microRNAs (miRNAs), has been discovered in animals and plants. Known as the biggest class of endogenous gene regulators in human body, miRNAs have been shown to participate in diverse biological processes, including development, proliferation, differentiation and apoptosis. Moreover, miRNAs play crucial roles in many disease processes, including viral replication and development of cancer. miRNAs as a novel target holds great promise in diagnosis and therapy of human diseases. This review article introduced the latest advances in researches focused on miRNAs involvement in hepatitis virus replication and development of human hepatocellular carcinoma.
