摘　　要：在教学改革中,要充分发挥图书馆对学生综合素质和创新能力培养的功能,走出一条依托图书馆搞好教学的新路子。同时,要重视学校图书馆的网络化建设,使学校的信息和教育资源得到充分利用和共享。It＇ s necessary to change the over emphasis on teaching knowledge in traditional education and carry out the education for all - around development in the field of elementary education . Library should play its role in fostering students comprehensive qualities and creative abilities in education reform and assisting the teach and research reform . Emphasis should also be laid on the construction of school library network to make full use of school＇ s information material and education resource.
