摘  要:西气东输工程陕西段是全线滑塌灾害最为严重的地区,滑塌灾害严重威胁着该段工程管道的安全运行。针对滑塌灾害的发生和分布特点,选取了坡度、降水、土壤及河网4个影响因子,应用层次分析法,分别确定了各因子的影响权重,并根据各因子内不同级别的赋值,在ARC INFO支持下通过其空间运算功能生成了各因子影响图,通过叠加分类生成了该工程陕西段滑塌危险性分区图,并对结果进行了评价。滑塌危险性分为五级,四级危险性区主要集中在子长县和延川县,五级危险性区则主要分布在靖边县和子长县间的地区。将评价图与DEM图相结合,通过G IS的三维显示,可以为西气东输工程的后期管理提供参考。Loess slumping is a special type of slope failure in the northern part of China loess Plateau. The Shannxi section along West-East Pipeline Project (WEPP) is a high risk area of loess slumping, which may affects the safety of WEPP greatly. According to its occurrence and distribution, four factors, slope, precipitation, soil and river network are used to assess loess slumping risk. AHP approach is used to identify weights of the factors. Each factor is divided into different grades with different weights. At last, according to the grades weights and the factor weights, the hazard map of loess slumping is derived under ARC/INFO by overlaying four maps that the four factors contribute to loess slumping risk. The risk degrees are divided into five grades. The result shows that Grade Ⅳ mainly lies in Zichang County and Yanchuan County, and Grade Ⅴ lies in area between Jingbian County and Zichang County. Combined DEM map with the risk map using 3-D function of GIS, the high risk region can be determined and the result can give a reference to final-period management of WEPP.
