摘 要:通过正交试验和单因素试验考察了丝网网格大小、丝网层数、锂浴温度等因素对液态锂在不锈钢丝网上上升情况的影响。得出了液态锂在丝网上产生毛细现象的温度条件以及随3个考察因素变化的规律,并建立了锂上升量随丝网层数变化的理论模型,为水下无人航行器(UUV)的Li/SF6热动力系统中毛细结构的设计提供了依据。本试验属于探索性试验,填补了国内在此领域的空白,为更深入的后续研究打下了基础。To investigate the effect of lithium temperature, screen mesh size and layer number on the pumping weight which liquid lithium climbed on the stainless steel screen, perpendicular and single factor experiments are conducted. The temperature condition and regulation of variation are found out. The theoretic model of variation that the pumping weight of liquid lithium change along with layer number of metal screen is established. Some bases to design the wick configuration for the Li/SF6 thermal propulsion system of UUV are offered. This experiment is unprecedented,it fills the blank of homeland in this field, and also establishes foundation for the later research.
