摘　　要：对湖南省高校121名体育教师危机感进行了调查分析。结果表明:湖南高校体育教师的危机感主要来自工作环境、事业、家庭、经济、安全等因素。建议减轻高校体育教师工作压力,提高其生活待遇,为其创建良好工作环境,建立科学、合理、客观、公正的评价机制;并让他们习得应对应激的策略。The authors surveyed and analyzed the sense of crisis of 121 physical education teachers in institutes of higher learning in Hunan, revealed the following findings： the sense of crisis of physical education teachers in institutes of higher learning in Hunan mainly come from such factors as work environment, career, family, economy and security, and offered the following suggestions： reduce the work pressure of physical education teachers in institutes of higher learning; enhance their living conditions; create a nice work environment for them; establish a scientific, rational, objective, and fair evaluation mechanism; enable them to learn about strategies for dealing with stresses.
