摘  要:板形理论中条元法的计算精度在很大程度上依赖于金属出口横向位移函数的初值,在非对称情况下采用以往研究中使用对称情况下的初值会有一定误差,为此以非对称函数拟合带材入、出口处横向厚度分布,同时引入跑偏概念,利用最小能量原理,由欧拉微分方程求得非对称情况下出口处金属横向位移函数,并计算了前张应力的横向分布,计算结果符合试验规律。研究结果有利于进一步定量研究板带轧制过程中的跑偏问题。The precision in calculation of the strip element method depends on the initial value of the function of metal lateral displacement at exit to a great extent in shape theory. But the symmetrical initial value are usually used , So it is not very exact under unsymmetrical situation. The transverse distributions of the entry and exit thickness are simulated with the unsymmetrical function. At the same time, rolling deviation is used. The function of metal lateral displacement at exit is derived from Euler differential equation by the minimum potential energy principle. It is a ease of unsymmetricalness. Then the transverse distribution of front tension stress is determined. The calculated result is in agreement with the rule of the experiment. It is useful for studying the rolling deviation in plate/strip rolling.
