摘 要:采用扫描电镜(SEM)观察漆酶处理对桉木纤维表面形态的影响。结果表明,未经漆酶处理的纤维表面光滑;经漆酶处理后纤维表面出现孔洞,纤维分丝;漆酶处理纤维压制的纤维板表面,活化木素碎片重新固化,在纤维表面形成一层较厚的包覆层,纤维之间产生自黏合作用而结合紧密;未经漆酶处理的纤维板层间断面,主要由纤维分离形成;而漆酶处理纤维板断面,部分由纤维断裂形成,在氧气存在条件下的漆酶处理试样,此效果更为显著。In this paper the effect of laccase treatment on fiber surface was studied by SEM method. It was found that the control fiber surface was smooth, after laccase activation there were pores on the fiber surface. A heavy coverage was formed on the fiber surface after pressing to be the board which caused the tight bonding between the fibers. The analysis of rupture surface of the board indicated that the rupture of the board manufactured with the content fibers was mainly caused by fibers separation each other; on the other hand, the board produced with the treated fibers, many broken fibers could be found on its rupture surface, it was particular evident when the fibers were treated with laccase in oxygen environment.
