摘 要:根据当前公众满意度测评的特点,本文引入基于期望值的模糊多属性决策方法进行政府门户网站的满意度测评研究。考虑到政府门户网站开展满意度评价的实际情况,文中采用三角模糊数方法得到带有定量指标和定性指标的区间型评价矩阵。并就指标权重完全未知和部分未知两种情况,运用基于期望值的模糊多属性决策原理,结合主观偏好值和客观偏好值求解得到指标权重。最后的实证研究说明该方法可行、有效。According to the characteristics of currently public satisfaction appraisal, this article introduces means of Fuzzy Multiple-attribute Decision, which is based on expected value, to study satisfaction appraisal of government website. Considering the practical situation of government website satisfaction appraisal, it found interval matrix with quantitative and qualitative indexes from triangular fuzzy numbers. From two kinds of situation of index weight absolutely unknown and partial unknown, and also combining with subjectivity and objective prefer-value, this paper applies the theory of Fuzzy Multiple-attribute Decision based on prefer-value to index weight. Owing to that the attribute decision-making principle expecting that the value mixing up is many, preferring value combining with subjectivity and objective preference value find the solution. And the final demonstration case proves it feasible and effective.
