摘  要:目的:探讨液相色谱测定食品中BHA、BHT、TBHQ的方法。方法:采用甲醇分次萃取样品,提取液定容后用中性氧化铝吸附杂质,最后于液相色谱仪进行分析定量。结果:BHA、BHT、TBHQ在0~80μg/ml浓度范围内,标准曲线线性关系良好,相关系数r分别为0.9996、0.9998、0.9999;BHA的相对标准偏差为1.2%~4.9%,BHT的相对标准偏差为1.7%~6.1%,TBHQ的相对标准偏差为2.1%~6.2%;BHA的加标回收率为94.4%~102.4%,BHT的加标回收率为94.0%~98.5%,TBHQ的加标回收率为92.4%~101.0%;BHA、BHT检测结果与国标方法比较无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。结论:本方法不但简便、快捷,适合开展大批量检测工作,而且精密度、准确性均满足检测要求,此外对保障实验操作人员的身体健康也有积极的作用。Objective :To develope a method for the determination of BHA, BHT and TBHQ in foods by using high-perform-ance liquid chromatography. Methods:The BHA, BHT and TBHQ were extracted from samples with the methanol, and analyzed by high-performance liquid chromatography. Results: The linear ranges of determination for BHA, BHT and TBHQ were 0 -80μg/ml(r=O.9996), 0-80 μg/ml (r=O.9998) ,0-80μg/ml (r=O.9999) , respectively. The relative standard derivations for BHA, BHT and TBHQ were 1.2%-4. 9%, 1.7%-6. 1% , 2. 1% - 6. 2% , respectively. The recoveries of samples for BHA, BHT and TBHQ were 94. 4% - 102.4% ,94. 0% - 98.5% ,92.4% - 101.0%, respectively. Conclusion: The method has the advantages of simplicity, repeatability and sessitivity and can be used for simultaneous analysis of BHA, BHT and TBHQ in foots and protect the health of worker.
