摘　　要：农业科技企业作为一个复杂系统,它的发展不仅有其自身的特征和规律,而且还受企业内外部多种因素的交互影响。从农业科技企业的技术类型和五大特点出发,界定农业科技企业管理复杂性,描述农业科技企业系统环境、产品生命、技术研发、生产过程和经营管理的五种复杂性表现,提出了管理升级、管理集成、项目管理、学习创新是化简农业科技企业管理复杂性的有效方法,也是农业科技企业管理创新的思路和方向。As a complex system,the development of agricultural technologial enterprises （ATE） not only has its own features and laws,but also interacts with many factors from enterprises interior and exterior. According to the technological type and five characteristics of ATE,this paper defines the managemental complexity of ATE and describes five forms of the complexity in the aspects of system, environment,product life,technique exploitation,production process, management and administration. In order to simplify the managemental complexity of ATE,this article introduces an effective way which includes management upgrading,management integration,project management and learning and innovation. Besides,this way is the development mentality and direction of innovation of management of ATE, too.
