摘  要:介绍了渗碳-高浓度碳氮共渗热处理的工艺特点、汽车拖拉机齿轮台架和装车试验及在生产上的应用效果。实践证明,用该工艺与微变形淬火挂具相结合,不仅可实现齿轮共渗后直接淬火,而且可控制齿轮表层的残余奥氏体和含氮碳化物的数量和分布,显著提高齿轮接触疲劳寿命。The characteristics of the new carburizinghigh-concentrated carbonitriding technique for gear heattreatment were introduced. The results gained by exploiting the gears treated by the new technique in gear tester, practical usuage and their application in the gear production of trucks and tractors have been reported in detail. The resultshave shown that the combination of the new technique with quenching hookers possessing slight deformation onquenching can not only realize the direct quenching of the ni-carbing gears,but also put the amount and distribution ofresidual austenite and carbides containing nitrogen in the case of the gears under perfact control; the contact fatigue lifeof the sears,thus,can be significantly enhanced. The present new technique is a easy-handled,highly efficient one withlower power loss and high reproducibility,through which the gears with high contact fatigue lives and slight deformation can be obtaimed.
