摘　　要：抵押权是一种重要的物权担保方式,在我国被称为"担保之王"。在即将实施的物权法中,抵押权制度相对于其在担保法中的规定有了较大的改进,本文通过两种法律的对比分析,将两者在抵押权制度的规定上存在的不一致内容进行归纳和总结。Mortgage, as the ＂King of security＂ in our country, is an important security interest. In the Property Law that is going to be put into effect, mortgage system makes a significant improvement.The paper compares the two legal analyses, summing up and concluding the content inconsistency on the provisions of the two mortgage systems.
