摘　　要：目的了解Bcl-2基因蛋白在喉癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学方法对组织中的Bcl-2基因蛋白的表达进行了观察,其中喉癌40例,喉癌旁组织20例,喉正常黏膜组织12例。同时与临床相关资料进行了对比研究。结果喉癌组织中Bcl-2基因蛋白表达明显高于喉正常黏膜。Bcl-2基因蛋白表达与颈淋巴结转移呈正相关,与临床分期和病理学分级无关。结论Bcl-2基因蛋白过量表达在喉癌的发生发展中起重要作用,可以作为判断喉癌生物学特性的参考指标。Objective To sdudy the expression of Bel - 2 gene protein and its clinical significance in laryngeal carcinoma. Methods The expression of Bcl - 2 protein were observed in tissues including 40 cases laryngeal careinoma,20 cases on - carcinoma and 12 cases normal laryngeal mucosa with immunohistochemistry method. Meanwhile, related clinical documents were compared. Results Higher level expression of Bcl - 2 protein was detected in the laryngeal carcinoma specimen than that in normal laryngeal mucosa（ P 〈 0.01）. The expression of Bcl - 2 protein was positively correlated with the metastatic lymph node P 〈 0.05, but it was not correlated with clinical staging and pathological classification of laryngeal carcinoma（ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The high expression of Bcl - 2 protein plays an important role in the origination and development of laryngeal carcinoma and will probably act as a reference index in judging the biological characteristic of laryngeal carcinoma.
