摘　　要："软实力"是成人高等教育发展的核心动力。针对成人高等教育的"软实力"之"软"现象,提出"软实力"提升的相应对策,具有重要的现实意义。The soft power is the center motivity of the development of adult higher education. It is certain significance to analyze some soft phenomena in the soft power of adult higher education and bring forward some correspond countermeasures.
