农村远程职业技术教育新视角探究

摘　　要：农村产业结构调整,实现传统农业向现代农业转变,是我国经济转型、实现可持续发展的重要基础;农村的文化建设及文明进程的加快,是我国经济社会全面进步的重要标志;农民受教育的程度及科学文化素质的提高,是实现农村现代化、全面建设小康社会的根本保证。农村成人职业技术教育,便成为教育为全面建设小康社会服务的战略重点,成人远程教育服务农村经济建设,既是一项创新工程,也是一个重大的实践课题,存在许多新的困难和问题,需要从新的视角探究新的对策加以解决。Rural industrial restructuring and transformation of traditional agriculture to modern agriculture are China＇s economic transformation and the essential foundation for achieving sustainable development; Rural Culture and the acceleration of the process of civilization is an important indicator of China＇ s economic and social progress; and the educational level of farmers＇ and their improving quality of science and culture is the fundamental guarantee for achieving modernization in rural ar as and the building of a well - Off society. Adult vocational and technical education in rural areas will become the strategic focus of building a well - off society. Adult distance education in rural＇ economic development is an innovation project and is also a major practical issue, and there are many new difficulties and problems which requires a new approach from a new perspective to solve.
