摘　　要：文章介绍的汽车主减速器总成试验台可以实现六种主减速器总成的综合性能检测,并能根据预先设定的参数进行产品性能评判。其控制系统以工业控制计算机为核心,采用软件滤波技术对转矩和转速传感器的数据进行平滑处理,并具有完备的检测数据存储、检索和报表功能。In this paper the test-bed for automobiles main reducer assembly is introduced to examine synthetic performance of six kinds of main reducer assemblies and evaluate the production performance according to pa- rameters set beforehand. Industrial computer is the core of the control system, software filtering techniques are used to smooth the data acquiring from torque-and-rotary sensor, it also has functions of self-contained detec- ting data storage, inquiring of past record and reports outputting.
