摘　　要：该系统采用Visual C#编程语言,利用OPC技术实现PC与PLC的通讯,完成了发动机生产现场数据的实时显示和采集,将数据保存到SQL Server数据库中;在数据库中,分别设计了变量表、变量组表和连接表,这三个表之间通过主、外键建立关系,通过变量的ID分别得到该变量所在的组和连接,生产管理人员可以通过本软件查询发动机装配线的设备状态,同时能够查询、分析发动机的装配质量数据。The system use Visual C# programming language, realizes PC and PLC communication using me OPC technology, complete display and gather the quality data of engine produce scene, and save the data to SQL Server database. In the database, has designed the variable table, the variable group table and the connec- tion table separately, these three tables through the primary key and the foreign key establishment relations, obtains the group name and the connection name through variable ID which this variable is belong to. The pro- duce administrators staff can inquire equipment state of assembly line through software, at the same time it can inquire, analyze the assembly quality data of the engine.
