早期激素冲击疗法治疗LASEK术后Haze形成的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究准分子激光上皮下角膜磨镶术(LASEK)术后激素冲击疗法治疗角膜上皮下混浊(Haze)的效果。方法65例127眼分为实验组和对照组,在LASEK术后采用不同的给药方法,观察Haze形成及视力、眼压情况。结果两组术后10天均有Haze出现,术后1、3、6个月Haze发生率差异有高度显著性(P均<0.01),术后12个月差异无显著性(P>0.05)。两组术后不同时期的裸眼视力和眼压差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论激素冲击疗法治疗LASEK术后Haze形成安全有效,可以推广应用。Objective To evaluate the clinical results of high - dose glucoeorticoids in reducing corneal Haze after laser epithelial keratomileusis （LASEK）. Methods 65 patients （127 eyes） involved in this study were divided into an experimental group and a control group. After LASEK, the patients in the therapeutic group were given high -dose glucocorticoids （6 times daily for the first week, 8 times daily for the second week, 6 times daily for the fourth week, after three- months, an gradual extenuation was performed post- trimonth） after LASEK. The control group received the conventional extenuation doses of glucocorticoids, 4 times daily, 3 times daily, 2 times daily and once daily. After operation, the occurrence of corneal Haze, uncorrected visual acuity, best corrected visual acuity, intraocular pressure were observed at different time. Results 10 days after LASEK, Haze occurred in both two groups within 10 days. The comparison of the incidence of corneal Haze at the first, the third and the sixed months between the experimental group and the control group showed significant difference （all P 〈0.01）, and 12 months after LASEK, there was no significant difference （ P 〉0.05）. Conclusion High - dose glucocorticoids is effective and safe in treatment of Haze after LASEK.
