单片Medpor塑形修复复杂性眼眶骨折的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨采用高密度多孔聚乙烯(Medpor)塑形修复复杂性眼眶骨折的临床效果及安全性。方法术前应用CT扫描和CT三维重建技术,评估眼眶骨壁缺损的大小和形状;应用Medpor进行眼眶缺损修复和眼球内陷的复位。结果在39例眼眶爆裂性骨折患者中,35例治愈,2例有明显的改善,2例有改善。结论Medpor是一种良好的骨替代材料,其良好的可塑性及操作的简便性是最大的优势。用Medpor塑形修复复杂性眼眶骨折是安全、简便、有效的方法。Objective To study the clinicsl effectiveness and safety of Medpor used to repair complicated orbital fractures. Methods The size and shape of fracture were evaluated using CT and CT three - dimensional reconstruction before operation. Medpor was applied in these operations. Results In 39 patients, 35 cases were cured and 2 cases had significant effect, 2 cases had a little improved. Conclusion Medpor is ideal stuff material for orbital reconstruction. The most advantage of Medpor is the perfect adjustment and simplicity of the application. It is effective and safe for using Medpor in the complicated orbital fractures.
