α-连环素在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨α-连环素（α—cat）在非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）中的表达及其与NSCLC的发生、发展及预后的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学PicTure^TM通用型二步法，观察43例NSCLC患者及7例正常肺组织中的α—cat表达情况。结果在43例NSCLC患者中，α—cat的异常表达率为72．1％；α—cat异常表达与分化程度和是否有区域淋巴结转移显著相关（P〈0．05）；α—cat异常表达患者生存期明显短于正常表达患者。结论α—cat表达与NSCLC的发生、发展及预后关系密切，可作为评估NSCLC患者进展及预后的有价值指标。Objective To investigate the role of α -catenin（ α -cat） in development and prognosis of non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC）. Method The expressions of α -cat in 43 patients of NSCLC and 7 cases of normal people lung tissues were examined by immunohistochemical technique. Results In 43 patients with NSCLC, the abnormal rate of α -cat was 72.1%, which was significantly higher than that of normal lung tissues （P 〈 0.05 ）. Pathological grading and lymph node involvement had significantly positive cor- relation with abnormal expression of α-cat. The survival time was significantly shorter in patients with α -cat abnormal expression than those with normal α -cat expression. Conclusions α-cat plays an important role in development and prognosis of NSCLC. α -cat might be useful in determining prognosis and clinical strategies.
